Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the things couples ask most. If you can’t find what you need, drop us a message on the contact page.

Is One True Vow free?
Yes — you can create your wedding website and start planning straight away. Some optional extras may be introduced over time, but the core website + planning experience is designed to stay accessible.
Do I need design skills to build a nice website?
No. Pick a theme, add your pages, and edit sections like blocks. It’s designed for couples who want a beautiful result without touching “web design” settings.
Can I password-protect my wedding website?
Yes — you can keep your site private and only share it with your guests. (If you don’t see the option in your dashboard, it may be rolling out on your account shortly.)
How do RSVPs work?
When you enable RSVPs in your admin panel, an RSVP page is added to your Pages. Share that page with guests and manage responses from your dashboard.
Can guests upload photos to us?
Yes — enable Wedding Photo Sharing and you’ll get a dedicated page where guests can upload and share memories. You can review and manage photos from the dashboard.
Can I add multiple pages (schedule, travel, registry, etc.)?
Absolutely. Use Pages to create whatever you need — schedule, venue info, travel, accommodation, gifts, FAQs for guests, and more.
Can I use my own domain name?
You can use your One True Vow link instantly. Custom domains are supported depending on your setup and plan — if you want help, message us and we’ll guide you through it.
Can I export guest lists / seating plans?
Your guest list and planning tools are built to keep everything organised. Export options are available in key areas (and we’re always improving the planner tools).
Is my data safe?
We take privacy and security seriously. Your admin area is protected and your website content is stored securely. If you’d like more detail, contact support and we’ll happily explain how things are structured.
I’ve found a bug — what’s the best way to report it?
Send a message through Contact with a quick description, what you expected to happen, and (if possible) a screenshot. We’ll jump on it.
